Juvéderm Ultra 4 (2x1ml) is a sterile pyrogen-free physiological solution of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Biodegradable, viscoelastic, clear, colorless, homogenized gel implant. Juvéderm Ultra 4(2x1ml) consists of cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) produced by Streptococcus Equi bacteria, formulated to a concentration of 24 mg/mL and 0.3% lidocaine in a physiologic buffer.
